TANA is a living experiment, hosting the evolution of a new future — a new way of being. We know that only by accepting and being whole ourselves can we serve the world and build a bridge to a new future.
We are building
a bridge to
the Stellar* world.
* Stellar: A World Beyond Extraction — the vision of James Arbib & Tony Seba (RethinkX). Six converging technologies — Solar, Wind, Batteries, AI, Precision Fermentation and Humanoid Robotics — are following predictable cost curves that will make scarcity obsolete, opening a post-extraction era of superabundance, localised resilience and ecological renewal.
TANA is a living experiment, hosting the evolution of a new future — a new way of being. We recognize the structures and systems that have shaped society over the last 1,000 years are falling short of fostering the best of humanity and human nature.
Here at TANA we support the growing of healthy food and the flourishing of growers, designers, artists and creators that have found the courage to walk a new path.
We invest energy and time in ventures that can build the future ecosystems for thriving communities in a regenerative way. We incubate entrepreneurial endeavours and innovation, and we celebrate and create in the space between all of us and everyone who arrives at TANA.
TANA is a place to deepen connections within yourself and others. With this we work to embrace our complications and our traumas, knowing that only by accepting and being whole ourselves can we serve the world and build a bridge to a new future.
This is our mission at TANA.
We welcome you.
The TANA mark holds three motifs at once: the silhouette of the Serra de Tramuntana that frames the site, the wings of a butterfly mid-metamorphosis, and a pair of cupped hands gently holding what is becoming. It is a story of transformation, rooted in place.
Parcel 233, Polygon 2, in the rural municipality of Bunyola. Fifteen minutes from Palma; minutes from the Tramuntana's first peaks.
3.4 hectares of land — 33,913 m² — with a 7,000 m² greenhouse, a working finca, and outbuildings of older agricultural lineage.
Avocado, green papaya, herbs and Mediterranean natives, with a water well and reclaimed water capture in development.
The site spent decades as a working plant nursery. TANA inherits this agricultural memory and is restoring the buildings registered under its 1980 licence.
TANA is not a future site. It is a working place — buildings in repair, soil in cultivation, ventures already taking root. These are photographs from the campus as it stands today, in the patient, honest condition of a project in its early growth.
Regenera Labs is the incubator at the heart of TANA — a soil for small, place-based ventures that practice a regenerative economy on the ground. None of these are concepts. They are projects already underway, in various stages of growth.
Four ventures already taking root on the campus.
Nature education for children and families. Reconnecting young Mallorcans with the wild side of their island, one expedition at a time.
ActiveAn on-site botanical venture built around the moringa plant — grown in the greenhouse, processed and developed on the campus.
PilotingThe site already holds permits for biochar production — a working substrate business that returns carbon to soil and builds local fertility.
RebootingA Mallorcan floral venture working with native species and seasonal cuts, growing within the greenhouse and serving the island's hospitality scene.
Early StageA place-based regeneration incubator
A new incubator being built to help solve real regenerative challenges on the island — working in collaboration with FIM (Fundació Iniciatives del Mediterrani) and Daniel C. Wahl, author of Designing Regenerative Cultures.
Regenera Labs identifies local challenges, develops place-based business models, pilots solutions with community partners, and hands them over to local teams to operate and grow.

A project is not what it is on the day you visit. It is also what it is reaching toward. These are visualisations of the campus as it grows — the spaces, atmospheres and uses we are building, one season at a time.
— A working demonstration that innovation, education, ecology, and economic vitality can reinforce one another.
TANA is a place to deepen connections within yourself and others — knowing that only by accepting and being whole ourselves can we serve the world and build a bridge to a new future.
Alongside the ventures, TANA runs programs of education, retreat and consulting — gathering people on the land for the work of leadership, transition, and care.
Multi-day immersions for leaders moving through professional and personal change — held on the land, paced to its rhythms.
Working sessions for organisations rethinking how they create value. Practical, place-based, and grounded in the regenerative frame.
Consulting from the Beyonders Collective — accompanying teams from the old systems to the new, with TANA as a living example.
TANA is stewarded by the Beyonders Collective — a small, multidisciplinary group of practitioners gathered around the work of catalysing transformation in service of life.
